Emergency Water Damage Restoration
24 hour response for burst pipes, leaks and flooding, from water removal to final repairs.
Learn moreFrom a burst pipe flooding the basement to a slow leak behind the shower wall, we find the water, dry it out and repair the damage across Scarborough.

A burst pipe is obvious. A slow leak is not. Water from a pinhole in a supply line, a failed shower valve or a dripping drain can run inside a wall or under a floor for weeks before a stain, a soft spot or a musty smell gives it away.
Either way, the water has to be traced, the wet materials found and dried, and the damaged walls, ceilings and floors repaired. That is what we do. We find out exactly how far the water has travelled so nothing is left wet behind a finished wall.

Pipes in exterior walls, garages, crawl spaces and near hose bibs can freeze and split during a cold snap. The leak often starts when the pipe thaws.
Braided toilet and faucet lines, fridge ice maker lines and dishwasher connections can burst without warning.
Rubber hoses age and split, and a washer on the main floor can soak the ceiling below.
Tanks corrode and leak from the bottom, usually in a basement utility room.
Failed grout, caulking or valves let water into the wall and the ceiling underneath.
A leak in the water service line where it enters the house can flood a basement quickly.
If water is gushing on the street or the boulevard, that is likely a City of Toronto water main break. Call Toronto 311 to report it. The City repairs the main and its section of the service pipe.
If the leak is on your side, inside the house or between the house and the property line, a licensed plumber repairs the pipe. That repair is only half the job. The water that has already come into the basement or soaked the soil against the foundation still needs to be removed and dried, and that is where we come in. We pump out the water, dry the structure and repair the damage once the pipe is fixed.
If you notice any of these, shut off the water to that area if you can, and call us. We will locate the wet area with moisture meters and thermal imaging and tell you what needs to happen next.
